The USDA Forest Service is conducting a Sources‑Sought / RFI to identify qualified vendors capable of performing large‑scale fuels‑reduction and timber‑removal work in the Bozeman Municipal Watershed area of Montana. The effort will involve cutting and removing roughly 2,335 board‑feet of lodgepole pine and Douglas‑fir across 151 acres, helicopter‑yarding the timber, piling slash, and decommissioning about 0.59 mi of temporary road. The agency seeks capability statements, safety plans, equipment lists, and past performance references.
