Description
The district seeks a qualified vendor to conduct annual visual inspections of all athletic equipment across its schools, produce detailed reports, and provide repair quotations and execution when needed. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, and equipment (ladders, lifts, etc.) and deliver final reports by the end of August each year. The scope covers basketball goals, volleyball nets, field‑goal posts, curtain walls, wrestling‑mat hoists, and related accessories at every elementary, middle, and high school in the Liberty, MO district.
• Perform inspections during June‑July, Monday‑Friday, 7 am‑3 pm, coordinated with the Maintenance Department.
• Submit written inspection reports (photos, condition notes) within 30 days of each site visit and no later than 31 Aug.
• Provide repair quotes using bid‑specified hourly labor rates and material markup; repairs only after district approval.
• Supply all labor, materials, and required equipment; mileage not reimbursed.
• Maintain required insurance (General Liability $1 M/$3 M, Motor $1 M/$3 M, Professional Liability $3 M/$3 M) and be E‑Verify compliant.
