Description
The Texas Workforce Commission is seeking a contractor to provide and install four Variable Air Volume (VAV) Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Boxes (5) needed for additional HVAC at TWC’s Trinity Facility IT Closets, floors 1 through 5. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, insurance, equipment, and supervision required. The project will be performed in an occupied building and must be conducted in a manner that will not cause major disruption to normal operations. Key aspects of the project include:
• Providing and installing five HVAC VAV Boxes to IT Closets at TWC Trinity Facility on floors 1 through 5 per specifications in the Construction Drawing Set
• Performing work in an occupied building with minimal disruption to normal operations
• Completing the project within 270 calendar days from Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion
• Providing a detailed narrative explaining why the contractor is qualified to provide the services enumerated in the RFP
• Submitting a Cost Proposal that includes all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to provide the goods and/or services according to the minimum specifications, requirements, provisions, and Terms and Conditions set forth in the RFP
