Description
The Broome County Department of Social Services seeks proposals from eligible nonprofit organizations to provide enhanced, non‑residential domestic‑violence services for families that are TANF‑eligible and experiencing homelessness. The contractor will deliver counseling, safety planning, case management, and referrals to supportive services without providing on‑site shelter. The contract is initially for one year, with the option to extend up to five additional one‑year periods based on performance and funding availability.
