The Village of Oak Park is seeking a qualified planning‑consultant team to produce a full revision of its 2014 “Envision” Comprehensive Plan. The effort includes extensive community outreach (minimum four workshops, six neighborhood meetings, and monthly steering‑committee sessions), development of a performance‑measures matrix, integration of a new Missing‑Middle Housing Initiative, and delivery of both a first‑draft and final‑draft plan (five hard copies each). The consultant must manage all aspects of plan writing, graphics, policy recommendations across many topics (housing, transportation, sustainability, public safety, etc.), and support the public‑hearing process through the Plan Commission and Village Board.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and neighborhood meetings to gather input.
• Produce a revised Comprehensive Plan with text, graphics, and policy recommendations covering all municipal planning topics.
• Deliver a Performance Measures Matrix and integrate the Missing‑Middle Housing Initiative.
