WAESCHE REQUEST FOR LUBE OIL

The United States Coast Guard is seeking a vendor to deliver 1500 gallons of Shell Rotella T3 15w40 lube oil to the USCGC WAESCHE-751 at Coast Guard Island in Alameda, CA. The delivery must be made between July 10, 2026, and July 24, 2026. The vendor must provide certification to pump oil over-the-water via truck and must maintain current EPA certification. The vendor will also be responsible for preparing and submitting Over Water Transfer (OWT) notifications, mobilizing personnel and equipment to the site, and coordinating with the designated USCG representative for safety and pre-operational coordination. • The vendor must deliver 1500 gallons of Shell Rotella T3 15w40 in bulk. • The vendor must provide DOT shipping documents to an authorized representative of the USCG for signature and approval. • The vendor must set up transfer equipment for over-the-water services. • The vendor must coordinate with the USCG representative for safety and pre-operational coordination.
