Description
The State of Nevada, Office of the Military, is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide as-needed Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) construction services. The selected contractor will be expected to support a variety of projects, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of UPS systems across the Office of the Military's facilities. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to effectively and efficiently fulfill all the requirements of this contract. The geographical locations that the contractor is willing to serve must be specified in the bid proposal.
Some key aspects of the job include:
• Providing UPS services on an as-needed basis
• Installing new UPS units and integrating them into existing electrical and low-voltage systems
• Performing regular inspections, preventative servicing, and maintenance
• Providing emergency repair services
• Training facility staff on proper operation and basic maintenance of the UPS system
