Construction Management Services for the San Roque Water Main Replacement Project

The City of Santa Barbara is seeking a qualified firm to provide full‑service construction management for the San Roque Water Main Replacement Project. The consultant will oversee the design‑build construction phase, conduct on‑site inspections, coordinate material testing, manage sub‑contracts, and deliver detailed progress and final documentation.
