Lawncare service-MM

The Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences is seeking a contractor to provide annual lawn care services for their Montgomery Medical location. The services include mowing, edging, string trimming, and blowing off the property, as well as litter, leaf, and debris pick up. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision. The contract period is from the award date through September 30, 2026. • The property must be visited once in November and twice in December to mow and remove leaves. • The property must be visited once a month to mow and remove leaves from January to February. • The property must be visited twice a month to mow and remove leaves in March. • The property must be visited on a weekly basis from April to September. • The contractor must not exceed 35 lawn visits for the fiscal year 2026.
