MP4 Players - KDOC

The bidder must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to immigration and sexual harassment. • The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the State, considering factors such as price, technical merit, and past performance. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a cost sheet outlining their proposed pricing for the MP4 players and accessories. • The contract will include provisions for liquidated damages in the event of non-compliance with the contract terms. • The bidder must also provide a certification regarding their compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act, as well as a certification that they are not currently engaged in a boycott of goods or services from Israel.
