Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting quotes for a Heavy-Duty Tandem Disk Harrow with Rear Crumbler Harrow (Or Equal) for Reelfoot NWR, located near Union City, TN. The solicitation is a small business set-aside, and the contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering technical experience, technical approach, management plan, past performance, and price. The contractor must provide a completed SF 1449, company information, technical capabilities, past performance references, and a detailed breakdown of pricing.
