The U.S. Army’s 410th Contracting Support Brigade is seeking a contractor to design, fabricate, deliver, install, test, and commission modular relocatable buildings (RLBs) at Base Aeronaval Cristobal Colon, Panama. The effort includes one 40‑ft × 50‑ft office/administrative building (≈2,000 SF) plus associated foundations, utility connections, life‑safety systems, HVAC, IT/telecom pathways, fencing, and full warranty support. Delivery of the first RLB must occur by 29 September 2026, with the contract lasting one year (plus a possible six‑month option).
