Specialty Therapeutic Bed Rental Services

The County of San Mateo is seeking proposals for Specialty Therapeutic Bed Rental Services. The selected vendor will provide specialty therapeutic bed rental services on an as-needed basis for hospitalized patients requiring advanced pressure injury prevention and treatment surfaces. The vendor must be able to provide timely delivery to support patient care needs, including urgent requests when necessary. The proposal should include a detailed description of the proposer's experience, qualifications, and approach to providing the required services. The evaluation criteria will include project approach, firm qualifications, team qualifications, price, and preferential points for local businesses and non-profits. • The proposal should include a letter of introduction and executive summary, a statement of minimum qualifications, a project approach, a proposed schedule, and a description of the proposer's firm and team qualifications. • The proposer should provide references and a fee proposal. • The County reserves the right to reject any proposals that are not responsive to this request. • The agreement shall have a term of five years.
