Professional Engineers Continuing Services

The University of North Florida is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide ongoing professional engineering services in the Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Structural disciplines for miscellaneous campus projects. The contract will be a three‑year continuing‑services agreement (with one optional two‑year renewal) covering design, studies, and construction administration for projects up to $7.5 M in construction cost and $500 K in professional‑services fees per project. Firms may submit a single proposal covering multiple specialties, but must clearly indicate which discipline(s) they are targeting. The solicitation includes a pre‑proposal Zoom meeting, a formal Q&A deadline, and a sealed electronic submission deadline. • Scope includes on‑ and off‑campus repairs, remodels, renovations, alterations, and additions. • Each individual project limited to $7.5 M construction cost and $500 K engineering fees. • Contract term: 3 years (July 1 2026 – June 30 2029) with one 2‑year renewal option. • Evaluation based on understanding of the continuing‑services model, team experience, prior work with UNF or other public agencies, report‑writing capability, and differentiation from competitors.
