Cancelation IFB Employee Assistance Program Services, Peer Support Group, Trauma Workshops

The Illinois Tollway is seeking bids for Employee Assistance Program Services. The program should provide services such as peer support groups and trauma workshops for ISTHA employees. Bidders must submit their bids through BidBuy, and the bid must remain firm for 180 days from opening. The State will evaluate bids based on responsibility, responsiveness, and price. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced responsive and responsible bidder. • The bid must include all required documents, such as Vendor Disclosure or IPG Active Registered Vendor Disclosure, Offer to the State of Illinois, Contract, and BEP Utilization Plan. • The bidder must submit pricing in the Quote Items Tab on BidBuy. • The bidder must comply with all instructions and requirements listed in the Invitation for Bid Vendor Instructions and Requirements document. • The State reserves the right to amend the solicitation, reject any or all bids, and waive minor defects. • The State will determine whether the bidder is a responsible bidder, considering factors such as financial resources, past performance, and compliance with applicable laws.
