Description
The California Department of Transportation is seeking bids for on-call, and as-needed multi-provider title and escrow services in Glenn County. The selected bidder will provide title and escrow services for the acquisition of properties needed to accommodate future State highway facilities. The services will include title searches, escrow services, and other related tasks. The bidder must be a title and escrow company regulated by the California Department of Insurance and have a valid and current Title and Escrow license. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who meets all the specifications.
