Dixie NF Supervisor's Office Janitorial Services

The USDA-FS CSA Intermountain 6 is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Dixie NF Supervisor's Office. The period of performance will be for one base period of 12 months, with four option periods of 12 months each. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the required services. • The base period will be from the date of award through January 31, 2027 • Option Period One: February 1, 2027, through January 31, 2028 • Option Period Two: February 1, 2028, through January 31, 2029 • Option Period Three: February 1, 2029, through January 31, 2030 • Option Period Four: February 1, 2030, through January 31, 2031 The solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns, and all responsible sources may submit a quotation.
