Optical Equipment

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) is seeking to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with small businesses for the provision of optical equipment. The BPAs will be awarded on a rolling basis, and companies can submit their responses within the next 120 days. The Government intends to issue multiple BPAs to support the operational needs of NAWCAD Lakehurst. The BPAs will be awarded based on the companies' qualifications and capabilities. • The BPAs will be for a fixed price basis • The delivery point will be FOB Destination to Lakehurst, NJ • Companies must provide their Cage Code and Unique Entity Identifier (UEID) Numbers for verification • A capabilities statement should be included with the company's primary business practice/trade and whether the company is a manufacturer or supplier/distributor
