Description
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services at USCG Base New Orleans. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, management, supervision, materials, supplies, transportation, and other items necessary to provide janitorial services. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months, with four option periods. The contractor will be required to provide a quality control plan and a staffing plan. The government will evaluate the contractor's technical approach, management approach, past performance, and price.
• The contractor must have experience providing janitorial services to a similar facility.
• The contractor must have a quality control plan in place to ensure that the services are provided in a satisfactory manner.
• The contractor must have a staffing plan in place to ensure that adequate personnel are available to provide the services.
• The contractor must be able to provide all necessary equipment and supplies.
• The contractor must be able to provide services 24/7, if required.
