Description
The County of Los Angeles Internal Services Department is seeking a qualified contractor to perform annual STI SP001 inspections of above‑ground storage fuel tanks at 45 LARICS LMR sites, including three locations on Santa Catalina Island. The contractor must provide its own off‑road service vehicles, obtain any required island permits, and deliver inspection reports within 48 hours of each site visit. All work must comply with EPA, state, and local regulations, include hazard‑material certifications, and the contractor is responsible for any damage and site restoration. No on‑site job walk is required; the scope is fully defined in the solicitation.
