Description
The Southfield Public Schools is soliciting sealed bids for the Thompson Playground project. Bids are due March 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM. The successful bidder will be required to furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds in accordance with Michigan law. The bid documents will be available beginning February 26, 2026, at 3:00 PM through BuildingConnected and/or www.southfieldk12.org.
• The project requires a Familial Disclosure Statement (MCL 380.1267)
• The project requires an Iran-Linked Business Certification (Public Act 517 of 2012)
• The project requires a Bid Bond equal to 5% of the base bid
• The project is subject to Michigan law and requires surety to be in Michigan
