PTAG RFI: Seeking Contractor for USPTO Asset Management Program Support Services

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive Asset Manager Support Services, including extensive use of the ServiceNow platform. The contractor will be responsible for supporting the USPTO's Asset Management Program, which provides personal property management inventory services for the agency's accountable property. The program also manages surplus and property disposal efforts and oversees and tracks the USPTO's assets. The contractor will provide project management, oversight coordination, process and inventory support, and other services to ensure the successful management of the Asset Management Program. Some key responsibilities include: • Providing inventory support and asset management services • Collaborating with the Office of the Chief Information Officer's (OCIO) ServiceNow team • Monitoring and updating the official Asset Management System • Performing quality assurance verifications and data quality control tasks • Maintaining and issuing tracking documents to support the Fiscal Year Asset Management guidelines • Coordinating and providing inventory support for asset movement and changes in Asset inventory database The contractor will work closely with the USPTO's Office of Administrative Services (OAS) and other stakeholders to ensure the successful management of the Asset Management Program.
