Description
The Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) is issuing an RFQ for a multi‑year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide mural services at its school facilities. The contractor will design, coordinate student‑participatory mural concepts, prepare walls (cleaning, priming per Sherwin‑Williams specifications), and execute the final painting. Pricing must be firm for the full five‑year term, and the contract does not guarantee a minimum volume of work.
• Scope includes design facilitation, surface preparation, priming, painting, material supply, and project management.
• Required compliance: $1 M general liability, $1 M auto, $1 M sexual abuse coverage, workers’ comp, and a range of certifications (debarment, Iran divestment, non‑boycott of Israel, etc.).
• Evaluation will be based on cost (35 pts), proposed approach (25 pts), qualifications & experience (25 pts), and past performance (15 pts).
• The contract term is five years with annual renewal options; all work must be ordered through MNPS purchase orders and invoiced within 90 days of performance.
