Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking quotes for the purchase and installation of 8 wall-mounted intraoral X-ray units with sensors for the Wichita VA Medical Center Dental Clinic. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the offeror must submit a completed Section B.3 Schedule of Price and Delivery Schedule, a detailed quote with pricing, and a completed Section E.4 Small Business Program Representations. The offeror must also be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and, if applicable, be registered in the SBA Small Business Search.
• The wall-mounted X-ray units must meet the salient characteristics specified in the Statement of Work, including X-ray tube voltage, X-ray tube current, focal spot size, duty cycle, and electrical classification.
• The units must be compatible with MiPACS Enterprise Dental Imaging Software.
• The offeror must provide on-site training after installation is completed.
• The equipment must be under warranty for a minimum of one year after installation.
