The State of Alabama is seeking a sole‑source provider to deliver a daily, member‑based clinical laboratory data feed from Quest Diagnostics in HL7 format via a secure FTP connection. This Quick‑Quote solicitation is limited to a maximum contract value of $25,000 and may be renewed annually for up to five years. The award will enable the state’s health information systems to receive standardized lab results for integration and reporting.
• Deliver a daily HL7‑formatted data file containing member lab results from Quest Diagnostics.
• Host the feed on a secure FTP server with appropriate encryption and authentication controls.
