Description
The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties for appliances for the Child Development Center located in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. The successful bidder will be required to provide products equal to or better than the specifications provided. The bid packet includes a mandatory bid response sheet that must be completed and submitted with the bid. Indian preference will be given to contractors certified as Indian-owned firms by the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office.
• The bid due date is February 20, 2026, by 5:00 p.m.
• The lowest most responsive and responsible bid will be the determining factor in awarding this bid.
• The successful bidder will be issued a purchase order incorporating the bid response.
