Description
The Town of Hampstead is seeking bids for the Water Distribution System Improvements 2026 project. The project involves installing a temporary bypass water service system and constructing water lines on Old Field Lane, Hampshire Road, and Sunder Drive. The contractor will be required to provide labor, materials, and equipment for the project. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on November 4, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The project is expected to be completed by June 12, 2026.
• The contractor will install approximately 680 feet of 6-inch DIP.
• The contractor will install new water main, fire hydrant, and water services per specification.
