Description
The U.S. Air Force seeks a qualified contractor to replace existing carpet in the atrium, corridors, and offices of Lower Level 1 in Building 1000 (B1000) at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. The work includes removal of existing flooring, sub‑floor preparation, installation of new carpet, and salvaging usable carpet tiles for reuse. All labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related services are required. The contract is set‑aside for small businesses and will be awarded on a lowest‑price‑technically‑acceptable basis.
