Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department for Facilities and Support Services, is seeking bids for exterior repairs to the Kentucky History Center Building in Frankfort, KY. The scope of work includes selective demolition and renovation of two exterior concrete stairs/ramps, site clearing, new concrete paving and stairs, salvage and reinstallation of donor brick pavers, new handrails and guardrails, and site restoration. The project requires high-performance concrete mix with additives, sealers, non-corrosive reinforcement, and proper design for drainage to increase the lifespan of the concrete stairs.

• A site visit is scheduled for 02/27/2026 at 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time.
