SEM GUIDE BOOK

The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to print 21 spiral-bound tabbed booklets for the SEM Guide Book. The booklets will have 56 pages, a separate cover, and 29 tab dividers. The contractor must provide a quote for the production of the booklets, including the cost of additional copies. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price for the largest quantity. The contractor must also provide proofs and samples for approval before printing the final product. The booklets must be printed in 4-color process, with bleeds on the covers and most text pages. The contractor must also provide a W-9 form before payment can be made. • The contractor must be able to produce the booklets within the specified timeframe, with delivery by 01/30/2026. • The contractor must provide a cost for additional copies, in case of a tie in the quantity bid. • The contractor must be able to provide proofs and samples for approval before printing the final product. • The contractor must be able to print the booklets in 4-color process, with bleeds on the covers and most text pages. • The contractor must be able to bind the booklets with a spiral coil binding, and provide a durable and waterproof material for the covers and tabs.
