Kimbrell Fiber Innovation Center Reactor Room Project

The Kimbrell Fiber Innovation Center Reactor Room Project involves the installation of new process equipment components in the Fiber Innovation Center Building at Gaston College. The scope of work includes providing and installing a knockdown tank, balancing an existing exhaust fan, providing and installing new stainless-steel piping, and other related tasks. The project requires the contractor to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work. • The contractor must have a general license classification for HVAC contractors. • The contractor must provide a lump sum price for the base bid work and separate pricing for each alternate listed. • The contractor must include all applicable licensures, material list, proposed construction schedule, warranty, list of public projects completed, and list of references with their proposal. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations. • The contractor must coordinate with the owner's project manager and other trades involved in the project.
