Description
The City of San Antonio is seeking a qualified contractor to provide a comprehensive, annual preventive‑maintenance program for its Aircraft Rescue Fire‑Fighting (ARFF) fleet. The contract covers routine preventive maintenance, detailed inspections, diagnostics, corrective repairs, and the procurement and provisioning of all necessary parts, performed on‑site at two ARFF stations within the San Antonio Airport System. This is a single‑source, firm‑fixed‑price style solicitation that will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• Scope includes preventive maintenance (PM) and preventive maintenance inspections (PMI) of all ARFF vehicles at Fire Station #23 (1750 Skyplace Blvd) and Fire Station #22 (1100 March Ave).
• Contractor must provide diagnostics, corrective repairs, and supply of OEM‑approved parts for the entirety of the contract year.
• Work is performed on‑site; contractor must have the capability to dispatch qualified technicians and maintain inventory of critical spares for rapid response.
