District Nine HVAC Repair and Maintenace

The West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, District Nine is seeking a vendor to provide HVAC repair and maintenance services for its facilities. The contract will be for an open-end and continuing basis, with a total payment not to exceed $200,000. The vendor will be responsible for providing preventive and corrective maintenance, including parts and labor, for the HVAC systems at the listed facilities. The vendor must have experience in maintaining HVAC equipment of the same type and magnitude as that used by the agency. The vendor must also provide a warranty for all labor performed under the contract.
