The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Colorado State Office is seeking quotations from small‑business firms to provide full‑service janitorial support for its facilities during FY 2027. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price, 12‑month award with four optional one‑year extensions, and will be set‑aside 100 % for small businesses. Offerors must be registered in SAM, submit a PDF quotation by the suspense date, and acknowledge all contractual requirements in their proposal.
