Katcho Achadjian Building Conference Rooms Upgrade

The County of San Luis Obispo is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services and necessary equipment to modernize the aged audiovisual systems in multiple conference rooms in the Katcho Achadjian Building. The scope of work includes removing existing displays, cameras, microphones, and cabling, and procuring, installing, and commissioning new equipment. The selected firm will also be required to provide annual preventative maintenance for the first year of ownership. • The project includes upgrading conference rooms on multiple floors of the Katcho Achadjian Building. • The selected firm will be required to provide pricing for each room individually, including labor. • The final scope of work will be negotiated as part of the RFP process. • The County will provide disposal of equipment removed from existing AV systems, Microsoft Teams licenses, network drops, power outlets, and paint or wall repairs. • The selected firm will be required to provide audio-only recording capabilities to one of the rooms.
