PR/SERE RFI

The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) is seeking information for a potential contract to provide PR/SERE training and instructor services. The government intends to award a stand-alone contract solicited through SAM.gov. The contractor will be required to ensure all personnel meet and maintain all HRTI requirements and continue to earn further specialized PR/SERE qualifications throughout the duration of the contract. The government will evaluate past performance based on recency and relevancy, and subcontractor's past performance may be considered. The government also intends to evaluate the offerors' transition plan and staffing and management approach. Some key requirements for the contract include: • The contractor must ensure all personnel are able to meet and maintain all HRTI requirements and continue to earn further specialized PR/SERE qualifications throughout the duration of the contract. • The Section Lead may complete required courses while serving in the position. • The government intends to evaluate the offerors' transition plan and staffing and management approach. • Past performance will be based on recency and relevancy, and subcontractor's past performance may be considered.
