Description
The Missouri Department of Corrections is seeking a contractor to provide pest control services for the Transition Center of St. Louis. The contract period is from August 15, 2026, to August 14, 2027. The contractor will be responsible for providing pest control services, including inspections, treatments, and follow-up services, to ensure the facility is free of pests. The contractor must have a Missouri Department of Agriculture Pesticide Program company or a certified pesticide technician and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide bi-monthly services, including treating areas such as the kitchen, dining areas, food storage areas, and warehouse areas.
• The contractor must also provide monthly services, including treating vending areas and the exterior of the facility.
• The contractor must be available to provide emergency services in the event of an emergency situation.
• The contractor must report to the Department's designated representative and provide written recommendations for dealing with pest problems.
• The contractor must comply with all safety precautions and programs in connection with the services.
