Sole Source: ZOLL Advanced Life Support Cardiac Monitors

The City of Fort Myers is seeking to designate ZOLL Medical Corporation as the sole source for the provision of ZOLL X-Series Advanced Life Support Cardiac Monitors. The city has partnered with ZOLL Corporation since 2018 for the purchase of these advanced monitors, which are used by the Fort Myers Fire Department (FMFD) for several key reasons, including standardization across FMFD's Advanced Life Support (ALS) units and alignment with other ALS providers in Lee County. The monitors are also utilized by Lee County EMS (LCEMS) and neighboring fire departments, facilitating seamless operations and training across agencies. • The ZOLL X-Series Advanced Monitor/Defibrillator has features such as real-time CPR feedback, integrated capnography, pulse oximetry, and advanced monitoring capabilities. • The city intends to utilize the NO VALUE Procurement method to contract with ZOLL Medical Corporation. • The posting will remain active for fifteen calendar days, and any supplier that believes they are capable of providing the same type of product/service should submit product information, statement of qualifications, and/or capabilities by the due date and time.
