Description
The Teacher Retirement System of Texas is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a competitive pay analysis of TRS investment positions, assessing the competitiveness of base salary and incentive compensation by job title for both filled and vacant roles. The selected respondent will provide services in accordance with the solicitation, including a compensation study and salary survey data services. The contract term will be five years from the effective date of the contract.
• The contractor must have five years of experience as a full-service consulting firm with expertise in compensation analysis with public U.S. pension funds and private sector firms.
• The contractor must have two years of historical investment position survey data for public U.S. pension funds and private sector firms.
• The contractor must provide fully loaded, firm, fixed prices or hourly rates that are inclusive of all costs of performance.
• The contractor must submit a proposal through the PAVES system, including a completed questionnaire and all required documentation.
