The Fusion Energy Division at Oak Ridge National Laboratory is seeking a Sumitomo/Gifford-McMahon Cryocooler, compressor, power cord, hose assembly, cable assembly, and installation kit, or a domestic equivalent. The solicitation is for a firm fixed price quote, and the award will be made based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal. The following are key aspects of the job: • The supplier must provide a firm fixed price quotation for the items listed in Attachment C_Bill of Materials for RFQSSPR452058. • The supplier must provide a completed and signed copy of the Representations and Certifications – Abbreviated document. • Any exceptions taken to the terms and conditions must be explained and alternative solutions provided.
