Description
The Cherokee Nation Entertainment, LLC. (CNE) is seeking proposals for the annual preventative maintenance service of two Meiko dish machines. The service includes all parts, labor, and travel for the maintenance of the machines, which are located in West Siloam Springs, OK. The proposal should include a quote sheet, a current Certificate of Insurance, and any other relevant information. The contract will be awarded within 30 days of bid opening, and the selected firm will be notified in writing.
• The service is for two Meiko dish machines, models K86 ET L-R and M-iQ BM 75 V8, with serial numbers 30008776 and 10436555, respectively.
• The service includes all parts, labor, and travel for the maintenance of the machines.
• The proposal should include a quote sheet, a current Certificate of Insurance, and any other relevant information.
• The contract will be subject to Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) regulations and may require a TERO Labor Agreement and payment of associated fees.
• The contract may also be subject to Cherokee Nation Gaming Commission (CNGC) policies and procedures, including licensing requirements and security and background checks.
