The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for the purchase of camera equipment, including a Rode PodMic Dynamic Podcast Microphone, a RODE RODECaster Pro II, a Sony FX30 Digital Cinema Camera, a Neewer FX3 FX30 Cage and XLR Handle Extension Kit, and a Neewer V Mount Battery. The bid opening date is December 3, 2025. The City reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The contract will be awarded for the purchase of camera equipment. • The equipment includes a Rode PodMic Dynamic Podcast Microphone, a RODE RODECaster Pro II, a Sony FX30 Digital Cinema Camera, a Neewer FX3 FX30 Cage and XLR Handle Extension Kit, and a Neewer V Mount Battery. • The City reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The bidder must submit a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement prior to the bid closing. • The bidder must also designate a Seller Administrator to manage their account and provide any required information.
