Description
The Fermilab-ICB-A Angstrom E-Beam ECR Vacuum Electrical Feed-DG project involves the construction of a vacuum electrical feed system for the Angstrom E-Beam ECR Vacuum Deposition Apparatus. The subcontractor will be responsible for performing all work as described in the Statement of Work, including transportation, overhead, bonding costs, insurance, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision. The project requires the subcontractor to bypass the current junction box and run 1 ¼” conduit directly into the panel.
