Description
The New York State Public Service Commission is seeking an independent consulting firm to perform a comprehensive management and operations audit of National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation. The audit will assess the company's performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhancing its operations. The consulting firm will be responsible for conducting the audit, developing a work plan, and submitting a draft and final report. The scope of the audit includes evaluating the company's strategic planning, capital project oversight, procurement practices, and customer operations, among other areas.
• The audit will be conducted in accordance with Public Service Law §66(19).
• The consulting firm will be selected based on its proposal, which must demonstrate a clear understanding of the objectives and deliverables outlined in the RFP.
• The audit is expected to begin in January 2026 and be completed by August 2026.
• The consulting firm will be required to submit a work plan, status updates, and a draft and final report.
• The company will be required to provide access to its facilities, personnel, and records as necessary for the audit.
