Description
The Cannabis Control Commission is seeking information from qualified, experienced vendors that could provide a licensing management and workflow platform to help manage the entire licensing lifecycle, workflow, and relevant communications and notifications. The Commission is looking for a platform that provides flexibility and is easy to configure for common changes including new license types, statuses, and changes in workflow. The platform should be able to manage different and complex workflows for each license type, receive, tag, and categorize a wide range of document types and formats, and integrate with other Commission and third-party systems and platforms. Some key features of the platform include:
• Ability to manage the entire licensing lifecycle and workflow
• Ability to receive, tag, and categorize a wide range of document types and formats
• Ability to integrate with other Commission and third-party systems and platforms
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and support to the Commission and its constituencies
• Ability to automate most, if not all, notifications to ensure adequate, timely, and consistent communications with Commission constituencies throughout the licensing process and lifecycle
• Capabilities for scheduling, tracking, logging, and reporting on inspections and investigations
• Ability to capture internal Commission staff designated data based on compliance reviews for performance management and data reporting
• Ability to provide a platform that can quickly adapt to changes in laws and regulations for monitoring the legal cannabis market.
