6505--Notice of Intent for Sole Source - Out of Scope MOD - Xofigo

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, intends to conduct a sole source award action with Cardinal Health 414, LLC for the modification of a purchase order. The proposed modification is to increase the quantity of Xofigo (radium Ra 223 dichloride) from 610 to 1,270 and extend the delivery period to 2/28/2027. • The contract is for the supply of Xofigo, a pharmaceutical product. • The proposed modification is an increase in quantity and extension of the delivery period. • The contract will not be awarded based on an offer received in response to this notice.
