Description
The Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking qualified vendors to provide plumbing and irrigation supplies on an as-needed basis. The contract will be for two years with the option to renew for three additional 12-month periods. The selected vendor will be required to provide a wide range of plumbing and irrigation supplies, including pipes, fittings, valves, and other related materials. The vendor will also be required to provide delivery and pickup services as needed.
• The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors based on the evaluation process.
• The City will be the judge of the factors and will recommend award accordingly.
• The RFP will be awarded in the best interest of the City.
• The contract may also be utilized by any other City agency requiring the supplies/equipment.
• The vendor will be required to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
