Description
The State of Tennessee, through the West Tennessee River Basin Authority, is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive stream‑maintenance and flood‑plain excavation services along the Running Reelfoot Bayou and its tributaries. The work includes operating hydraulic and amphibious excavators, skid‑steer loaders, providing skilled labor, installing rip‑rap, stabilizing banks with temporary vegetative cover and permanent warm‑season grasses, and managing landowner impact allowances, drainage‑structure material costs, third‑party service fees, material allowances, and a construction contingency. All work must commence within 30 days of the Notice to Proceed and be completed within a 36‑month contract period.
