The City of Presque Isle is seeking to purchase two pieces of Graco equipment: one Graco Grindlazer HP 10″ scarifying system and one Graco Line Driver HD self‑propel system. The bidder must be a factory‑authorized Graco dealer, capable of providing the required warranties (3‑year engine, 1‑year other components) and local service support within Aroostook County or through a local partner. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope by 10 a.m. on April 13, 2026, and will be opened publicly at the same time. The contract is for the supply of the equipment “as‑is,” with no deviations allowed except on a separate deviation page. No budget ceiling is disclosed, and the City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
