Description
The City of Georgetown is seeking a qualified contractor to provide maintenance, inspection, testing, and commissioning, and construction services for distribution substations operating at 12.5 kV and 24.9 kV. The contractor will be responsible for performing monthly visual inspections, yearly trip/close checks, and 5-year comprehensive maintenance on circuit breakers and relays. The contractor will also be required to provide emergency services, testing and commissioning, and construction services as needed. The contract will be for a term of three years, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year periods.

* Emergency services, including field and substation switching operations
* Testing and commissioning of new equipment
* Construction services, including installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing equipment
